With over 900 Blue Marble Brands product SKUs stored in Excel, it was clear that Blue Marble needed to digitize and upgrade its existing management system.

Phase 1

Metal Toad built a leading-edge supplier portal. This admin-controlled environment, in which suppliers enter all necessary data directly, collects all product info in a single place—making data secure, accessible, and accurate. Processes that used to take weeks can now be done in less than a day.

Phase 2

The UX and UI design were tackled in phase 2, creating an easy to use interface and holistic brand experience throughout the PIM. Handoff included a design system guide for those who maintain the platform to use.
